Setup account
Connect your Amazon Advertising account and import the products.

1. Select a geographic area and log in with Amazon

Choose your geographic area and click on 'login with Amazon'. You will be redirected to Amazon Advertising to link your Amazon Advertising account.
Advertising accounts linked to your account, or accounts you have been invited to manage, will be imported.
If you have never activated an ad campaign, you may not have any ad profiles. In this case, first, you'll need to manually create a test campaign in Amazon Advertising, then returning to Advigator.

2. Importing products

If you have less than 30 ASINs tied to existing Amazon Advertising campaigns, then we import previously sponsored ASINs/SKUs. If you have more than 30 products, have never campaigned before, or want to promote other ASINs than those already sponsored, then you will need to provide MWS permission. This will allow us to sync inventory and pull product metadata (i.e. title, photo, category etc.) automatically and quickly.

2.1 MWS authorization

The MWS authorization allows us to quickly import all ASINs / SKUs.
    1.
    Click on "Generate Code in Seller Central" and you will be redirected to Seller Central
    2.
    Follow the steps and allow the Advigator application
    3.
    Copy the code given to you in Seller Central (see screenshot) in Advigator and start importing products
MWS Auth code
No additional authorization is needed, we import ASINs from existing campaigns. If you have never done a campaign or want to promote a new ASIN you can add later from the Advigator Dashboard.

3. Wait for the configuration

Depending on the size of your catalog, the import could take anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours. If you have a very large inventory it could take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email when everything is ready.
Once the import is complete, you're ready to activate your first campaign!

Troubleshooting

No advertising profile found

If you've never done an ad campaign before, you should first go to Amazon Advertising and create a test campaign. This is only necessary to activate the account and you can pause it shortly after. If you don't have an active account yet, check that you are connecting with the correct one. Try connecting first by going to Amazon Advertising and then go back to Advigator to reconnect.

Agency / Account Manager

If you want to manage a brand's advertising account through your Amazon account (e.g. [email protected]) then follow these steps:
    1.
    Ask the brand to invite a secondary user ([email protected])
    2.
    Wait for the confirmation email from Amazon at [email protected] and confirm
    3.
    Ask the brand to assign advertising management permissions for the secondary account [email protected]
    4.
    Check if you can see the brand campaigns in Amazon Advertising
    5.
    Go to Advigator and connect to Amazon by logging in with your account ([email protected]) - the brand profile will be imported and associated with your account
