Verify user permission in both Amazon Ads console and Amazon Seller Central.
In the Amazon Advertising console, make sure Campaign Manager and Advertising Reports are selected.
Within Seller Central permissions, make sure the Campaign Manager permissions, as shown below:
If you are not running any campaigns, the advertiser may not be considered "active". The advertiser must have at least one Sponsored Products campaign.
Accept Amazon Ads terms and add a payment method for Amazon ads
Create a Sponsored Products campaign with 1$ daily budget, auto targeting and set the End date as tomorrow
Wait a 1-2 hours and connect again your Amazon Ads account with Advigator
Ensure the email address you connected is only used in one region (amazon-eu@xyz.com for the EU and amazon-na@xyz.com for NA). In this case, you need to create and/or invite a secondary user and give them View/Edit permissions for Campaign Management only for the missing region.
