# Merge two accounts

Let’s say you want to manage multiple Amazon accounts with the same Advigator account, but at the moment you have them on two separate Advigator accounts.

So, you currently have this situation:

| Advigator account | Amazon accounts managed |
| -------------------- | ----------------------- |
| <user-A@company.com> | My store A |
| <user-B@company.com> | My Store B |

and you want to manage both Stores (A and B) with the same email address on Advigator (either user-A or user-B).

### Merging into the account that already has the payment method associated (or free Trial)

Let’s assume that “<user-A@company.com>” has the payment method linked (Advigator > Settings > Billing), and so this will be the main account where all the Stores will be merged.

1. Log in to Advigator as <user-A@company.com>.
2. Click on “Add account”.<br>

3. When connecting to Amazon, make sure that the Amazon account you’re connecting has access to Store B, which you want to merge into <user-A@company.com>.\ <br>

   <figure><img src="https://515170150-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FrRNaJjDIKfa2zsI5Gpug%2Fuploads%2Fxn6fKtUO6SOtAfD1zx70%2FScreenshot%202025-04-11%20at%2014.23.53.png?alt=media&#x26;token=fb7579da-fdec-4bcd-8980-d47e64e0ec6e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
4. Done. Now both Amazon accounts will be managed under the same Advigator user.
5. To finish, log back into “<user-B@company.com>” on Advigator.com, go to Advigator > Settings > Team, and remove the Amazon accounts.

### Merging into the account without the payment method associated

Let’s say you want to merge the Amazon accounts into “user-A”, but you’ve already linked the payment method using the Advigator user “user-B”.<br>

1. Log in to Advigator as “<user-B@company.com>” and go to Advigator > Settings > Billing.
2. Open the marketplaces associated with this payment method.

3. Remove the payment method association.

4. Log out of Advigator.<br>

5. Log in to Advigator as “<user-A@company.com>”.
6. Click on “Add account”.<br>

7. When connecting to Amazon, make sure the Amazon account you’re linking has access to Store B, which you want to merge into <user-A@company.com>.\ <br>

   <figure><img src="https://515170150-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FrRNaJjDIKfa2zsI5Gpug%2Fuploads%2Fxn6fKtUO6SOtAfD1zx70%2FScreenshot%202025-04-11%20at%2014.23.53.png?alt=media&#x26;token=fb7579da-fdec-4bcd-8980-d47e64e0ec6e" alt=""><figcaption></figcaption></figure>
8. Done. Now both Amazon accounts will be managed under the same Advigator user.
