Verify user permission in both Amazon Ads console and Amazon Seller Central.
In the Amazon Advertising console, make sure Campaign Manager and Advertising Reports are selected.
Within Seller Central permissions, make sure the Campaign Manager permissions, as shown below:
To be considered "active," you must have created at least one campaign for 4-6 hours. If you created your first campaign today, please wait at least 6 hours.
Accept Amazon Ads terms and add a payment method for Amazon ads
Create a Sponsored Products campaign with 1$ daily budget, auto targeting and set the End date as tomorrow
Wait a 6 hours and connect again your Amazon Ads account with Advigator
Ensure the email address you connected is only used in one region (amazon-eu@xyz.com for the EU and amazon-na@xyz.com for NA). In this case, you need to create and/or invite a secondary user and give them View/Edit permissions for Campaign Management only for the missing region.
If you haven't resolved it, then we will open a ticket to our Amazon Ads API support. In this case, we need two screenshots from your side.
Connect your Amazon Ads account with Advigator. When you see this screen, click on the small icon in the top right corner to display the email address, then take a screenshot.
Go to advertising.amazon.com and select your profile. Then, open the popup from the top-right icon and take a screenshot. The email address must be the same as in the previous screenshot.
Finally, contact our support and send us both screenshots.
